Description
The Italian based International NGO COSPE, working in more than 20 countries in the areas of:
•Environment and new economies
•Women rights and democracy
•Migrations
has decided to explore new paths to increase its capacity to raise funds and resources outside the traditional institutional funding opportunities, mainly in order to improve its autonomous capacity to promptly react to unexpected emergencies and to plan indipendent projects through unrestricted funds.
THINK GLOBAL is supporting this process, strong of its consultants 15-years long experience in not for profit organizations management, by designing a 3 years strategic plan based on a comprehensive fund raising masterplan.
