Description
THINK GLOBAL has started in September 2023 a collaboration with Centro Cardiologico Monzino for supporting the analysis of processes, capacity building of personnel, monitoring activities, as well as the local and international supply chain of the project funded by AZUL in the hospital complex “Dom Alexandre do Nascimento” in Luanda (Angola).
Our support is focused on 4 main components: organizational model, capacity building methodology, MEAL and supply chain strengthening.
