Description
As one of the mainstream of the Operations Management in volatile and hostile environments, THINK GLOBAL has developed a training package on Safety & Security for NGOs.
In 2023, we have provided the complete training also to the Italian NGO “HelpCode” and we have supported the HQ and the CPs in developing dedicated policy and SOPs tailored around the specific needs of the Organization.
