Description
In 2019, Codess Sociale – ONLUS intended to design and present its Development Plan in Friuli Venezia Giulia for the period 2019-2026.
THINK GLOBAL has been appointed as consultant to produce a Strategic Development Plan for the expansion of the range of action of organization in the Italian Region. Each identified development phase was analyzed in terms of Strategy, Feasibility, necessary Investments and expected Economic Results. Having therefore defined the size of the investment necessary for the implementation of the Strategic Plan, THINK GLOBAL proceeded to structure a mixed bank loan to provide capital needed.
The main objectives of this desired development are:
•Increase the volume of activities at regional level and increase the turnover generated through activities in the Friuli Venezia Giulia area;
•Diversify activities with the aim of mitigating business risk and increasing exposure to further development opportunities;
•In the medium term, becoming the first and most important operator in the social-welfare and social-health sector at Regional level.
