THINK GLOBAL is partnering with the Botswana International University of Science and Technology (BIUST) on a pre-feasibility study for a 3 MW solar power plant project situated on the BIUST campus. This sustainable energy initiative is designed to cater to the growing energy needs of the university while embracing environmentally friendly practices.
Our engagement in the project goes beyond analysis; we actively work on engaging stakeholders, exploring potential funding sources, and government support. We believe that aligning the project with local initiatives and financial resources is vital for its success.
The focus of our study encompasses an array of critical areas including financial forecasts, procurement plans, risk management procedures, and tools.
