Description
Management, Supervision, Mechanical plants optimization, Space Planning and Biomedical Planning and Maintenance programming of a state-of-the-art cardiac centre in Khartoum, with 3 OT, 15 beds ICU, Cath-Lab from 2007.
The hospital had pediatric satellites clinics in Port Sudan, Nyala, CAR.
A specific focus has been dedicated to the Pharmacy Logistics system and to the Suppliers’ selection (goods and services); Procurement Procedures and Policies have been drafted as well.
A strong 3-years program of Capacity Building for the local Supply Chain has been designed and implemented.
In 2009-2010 has been finalized the Tender Procedure and performed the works Supervision for the construction of a modern compound for the accommodation of the staff.
